A gentle group coaching membership with Doc Tovah to help you calm your nervous system, retrain your brain, and stop doing this alone.

If you are dealing with pain, fatigue, inflammation, buzzing, dizziness, or unpredictable flare-ups, you already know that this path can feel confusing, frustrating, and isolating.


And if you are here, you are likely someone who has:
 

  • Already learned about TMS or neuroplastic pain.

  • Explored mind-body approaches.

  • Tried multiple tools and made progress in some areas.

  • But still finds certain symptoms or flare-ups difficult to handle.


This experience is extremely common.
 

For many people, the hardest part isn’t understanding the science — it’s applying it when your nervous system is in a fear state.

That is why I created The Recovery Circle: a small, intimate space where we move beyond "thinking" about recovery and start doing the work that signals safety to the brain.

Why This Space Exists

So many people in this community have shared the same experience:

  2. They’ve practiced the techniques.

  3. They’ve made progress.


But we don't get there just by thinking. We get there by acting.

In the hardest moments, logic often goes offline. You don't need more information; you need embodied practice and felt safety.

The Recovery Circle is designed to be smaller and more intimate than a standard membership. It is a place where I can get to know you, where you are accountable to your practice, and where you have a community to lean on between calls.

Who is 

What Your Membership Includes

The Recovery Circle is designed to give you a steady rhythm of safety, connection, and action.

1. Weekly Zoom Calls These are not lectures; they are calm, structured practice sessions designed to help your system soften and take in support.

  • We begin by settling the body So your system can soften, breathe, and take in support.

  • Guided Practice We move into grounding, regulation, emotional processing, or symptom navigation tools.

  • Short Teachings Some weeks include insights about patterns many people experience: uncertainty, fear cycles, pacing, frustration, flare-ups, or shifting symptoms.

  • Q&A and Sharing There is space for questions, observations, and optional sharing from the group. You are welcome to speak or simply listen — both are equally valuable.

  • Closing We end with a brief grounding so you leave the session calmer and clearer.

 

You can show up exactly as you are — sitting, lying down, camera on or off. Everything is welcome.

2. Weekly "Action Steps" (Homework) Recovery requires momentum. Every week, you will receive a specific, manageable "Action Step" to practice. This makes sure you aren't just learning passive theory, but actually retraining your brain in daily life.

3. Private WhatsApp Community Support shouldn't stop when the Zoom call ends. You will have access to Dr. Tovah's private WhatsApp group to share wins, ask questions, and stay connected with fellow members who "get it." (I pop in here too!)

4. The Replay Library Can't make it live? Access the full archive of calls and tools whenever you need a dose of safety.

Already understands the mind-body connection but feels stuck in the implementation.
Wants an intimate, clinician-led space (not a massive anonymous group)

A Note on 1:1 Coaching: Some people use The Recovery Circle after completing 1:1 work, combine both at the same time, or move between them depending on their needs.
There is no single “right” way to approach your process. The Recovery Circle simply offers consistent support that can complement or stand on its own.

I know this time will feel early or late for some of you depending on where you live. If there’s enough interest from different regions, I will look at adding a second call time in the future so more people can join live without strain.
