The Recovery Circle is designed to be smaller and more intimate than a standard membership. It is a place where I can get to know you, where you are accountable to your practice, and where you have a community to lean on between calls.

The Recovery Circle is designed to give you a steady rhythm of safety, connection, and action.
1. Weekly Zoom Calls These are not lectures; they are calm, structured practice sessions designed to help your system soften and take in support.

We begin by settling the body So your system can soften, breathe, and take in support.

Guided Practice We move into grounding, regulation, emotional processing, or symptom navigation tools.

Short Teachings Some weeks include insights about patterns many people experience: uncertainty, fear cycles, pacing, frustration, flare-ups, or shifting symptoms.

Q&A and Sharing There is space for questions, observations, and optional sharing from the group. You are welcome to speak or simply listen — both are equally valuable.

Closing We end with a brief grounding so you leave the session calmer and clearer.
You can show up exactly as you are — sitting, lying down, camera on or off. Everything is welcome.
2. Weekly "Action Steps" (Homework) Recovery requires momentum. Every week, you will receive a specific, manageable "Action Step" to practice. This makes sure you aren't just learning passive theory, but actually retraining your brain in daily life.
3. Private WhatsApp Community Support shouldn't stop when the Zoom call ends. You will have access to Dr. Tovah's private WhatsApp group to share wins, ask questions, and stay connected with fellow members who "get it." (I pop in here too!)
4. The Replay Library Can't make it live? Access the full archive of calls and tools whenever you need a dose of safety.
